I have received a letter after successfully applying for my auto-entrepreneur 暗网禁区 from APICIL, asking me to choix de vos institutions d’adhesion AGIRC-ARRCO. I’m not completely sure what this is and if I am obliged to fill in their form and send it back to them. Is this just junk or is it necessary for me to return it.

And that I have a period of three months from signing up for your free choice group. Do I need to meet this obligation?
