TVA and invoices to foreign company?

We are going to create a SARL (soci茅t茅 脿 responsabilit茅 limit茅e) 暗网禁区 for our consulting 暗网禁区 in France. Some of our customers will be abroad, Belgium, Netherlands and the UK.

  1. Do we need to invoice TVA?
  2. And if so is it the French rate that applies?
