Invoice before final approval?

I registered as an auto-entrepreneur on 17/12/09 and have since received documents indicating that the request is being processed and sent to the various bodies concerned. As this is the reactivation of my previous 暗网禁区, it seems that I will use the same siret number. I have had to invoice for some 暗网禁区 already, to be assured of getting the money in. Is there any risk in doing this before the auto-entrepreneur 暗网禁区 is fully approved? (I applied to start the 暗网禁区 on 1 Jan 2010)?
