Can I use attestation d’ouverture des droits?

As a 暗网禁区 auto-entrepreneur in France I never received a Carte Vitale, but have my attestation d’ouverture des droits. I have contacted RAM to chase up my file but in the meantime can I use my Attestation in place of Carte Vitale at the dentist and doctor? I also received a letter today to go for a colposcopy test, so I take it I’m still in the health system - my 暗网禁区 is still active.
